What inspired you to sing?

Yeah, this is going to pop up everywhere and I'm curious so, as the topic states, what made you want to sing?

For me, I never had too much of an interest in singing until I heard Clear sing. It was as if I wanted to be just like him... No, maybe even better. I'll have to keep improving and practicing for who knows how long to reach his level though... Even longer to surpass him. I strongly anticipate the day that comes, it's so exciting.

What inspired me to sing...?
Well, I like singing. It's kind of a way I let out my emotions, happy or sad. Honestly, I don't see myself as much of a singer. I never joined choir, never sang in talent shows, but singing is still a really fun thing for me.

Also, I was inspired by this singer on YouTube who sang "Love is War." She said her voice was no good, and during the "aaahhh," she screamed... Loudly... Cute voice, albeit out of tune, but it made me reassured that bad or good, I could sing. Er... No offense to her or anything. Gah, I'm so mean. T.T

Finally, the song "KOKORO" from Vocaloid inspired me. I listened to it, over and over again, and I even cried whenever Rin sang "arigato."

...Um... This is a little embarrassing to type, but I'm posting it anyway...

Hahaha, kind of like me, except younger. You still got a chance at that stuff. ^^ I've never been in choirs or things like that either. Just one day, bam, HEY I LIKE SINGING.

Yeah, it was nice to actually talk about it, at least for a bit.
And it's right there, 13 years old... Although people often mistake me for at least 16 on my online accounts because I apparently act more mature.

Haha, which is why I said you still got a shot. ^^

The more older groups tend to use grammar more properly and don't fuss about everything. It's good to be mature.

What are your inspirational singers?

My inspirational singers are Tourai/Tolie, Usa, and Yamai. I was especially surprised at Tourai, or RyuuseiP; he's also the producer of many Vocaloid songs such as magnet, SPICE!, and RIP=RELEASE, and his voice is incredible. And clear has a very amazing voice also, and his voice is, well... Clear. ^^;

I guess I just always loved singing, since I was.. 5/6? I sang some Dutch and Indonesian songs at first (Just some songs for kids, you know) and some English ones but my English was really bad ;A;
One day when I was 10 years old I found out what anime was, and got addicted XD After watching some anime, I started singing along with the openings and endings, and I was like: "Hey, this is fun oAo".
At age of 12 I heard some Vocaloid songs and not too much after that I heard some NND singers like Choucho, Piko/Pico, Valshe, Clear, Yamai etc. singing those songs.
I wanted to reach the level they are at, and I'm still striving for that. :3

I'm sorry my story isn't as interesting as yours. I just wanted to share this. ^^

My story is almost identical except I didn't find vocaloid and NND singers until I was like... 19. Which was last year. ^^;;;;;

Well, I've always liked singing since I was little. Everyone in my immediate family is musically talented, although some more than others. I enjoy being able to sing along with the music, even if it's in a different language.
